What we're looking for:

Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);

Strong customer orientation;

Planning and organization skills;

Domain of computer tools;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

You'll be at the heart of B-Parts customer success team, empowering the circular economy.

Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;

Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;

Helping fulfill purchase exchanges for customers;

Ensuring customer satisfaction and follow up all steps and timings of claims;

Tasks are carried out in writing, so well-developed written communication skills are a must.

Being problem-solving oriented.
