**What we're looking for**:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools;
BA or Master;
**Knowledge, Skills and abilities**:
- You’ll be at the heart of B-Parts customer success team. Empowering the circular economy.
- Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry, through written and telephone communication.
- Helping fulfil orders for customers;
- Ensure the customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of orders.
- Provide information on logístical issues.
