Minimum Requirements Previous experience in workshop reception, with relevant experience in telephone customer support in contexts linked to after-sales services (workshop and parts) in the automotive sectors (machinery, trucks, cars…).
Minimum qualifications at the level of 12th grade, preference will be given to candidates with higher education in Mechanical Engineering.
Good knowledge of mechanics and/or mechanical components applicable to the heavy machinery sector (wheel loaders, excavators, etc…).
Good knowledge of MS Office from a user perspective; experience in SAP is valued.
Good knowledge of English (reading and comprehension level at least B2).
A love and appetite for commercial activity and contact with the public.
Interest and taste for the sector and product typology.
Ability to solve problems and work in dynamic and stressful environments.
Ease of communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation.
Focus on the customer and results.
High sense of accuracy, planning, and organization.
Proactivity, dynamism, and flexibility.
FUNCTION The Service Advisor is the direct contact with the customer for all Service and Technical Support matters, concentrating the service appointment contacts.
You will need to technically guide the conversation with the customer to prepare the requests for assistance in the best and most complete way possible, being decisive for the performance of the workshops both in scheduling services and in anticipating solutions and preparation of work.
You will promote After Sales Solutions that best fit the profile of the customer who contacts us. It will also be a privileged channel for receiving, forwarding, and managing complaints.
