Customer Service Advisor

At Catawiki, our customers are the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our buyers and sellers, resolving complex challenges and managing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
What's the role all about?
You will be the voice of Catawiki, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. This means you'll be communicating with customers via email, phone, and social media, providing solutions to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
What skills do you need?
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll also need to be analytical and able to think critically, as well as being patient and empathetic when dealing with customers.
