We are seeking a skilled Swedish Customer Advisor to join our team of dedicated professionals at a leading printer company. As a key member of our multilingual team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries through phone and email with precision and efficiency
  • Solve emerging issues with customers, optimizing their technical knowledge
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create a memorable experience valued by customers and our company
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) for verbal and written communication
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance, with a curious and investigative mindset
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
