About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Customer Advisor to join our team at a leading printer company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Norwegian-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone and email
  • Solve complex customer issues with precision and efficiency
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize customer technical knowledge
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Native or proficient level of Norwegian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
