Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and oral) and English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
