Customer Support Role in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer issues
  • Work with a range of clients in various industries

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian language skills (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening
