Customer Support Opportunity in Lisbon

Work International is seeking a skilled Norwegian Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via various communication channels
  • Work with a dynamic and driven team to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our client's products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
