Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies? We're seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents.
Your mission as a customer support agent is to provide top-notch service to our clients, working with renowned international brands. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while maintaining a positive and professional tone;
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery;
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers;
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while continuously improving our support processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
