Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies? We're seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to provide top-notch service to our clients, working with renowned international brands. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while maintaining a positive and professional tone;
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery;
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers;
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while continuously improving our support processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
