Customer Success Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and at least B2 level of English
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
