Customer Success Advisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and social media
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Native level of German and at least B2 level of English
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
