Unlocking Digital Excellence

The Scale Customer Success Leader for EMEA Expansion will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and long-term value realization of ThousandEyes' EMEA-based customers. This individual will lead a high-performing team of Scale Specialists, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout their lifecycle as ThousandEyes customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and directly manage a team of Customer Success Scale Specialists, including recruiting, development, and performance management.
  • Develop and own success metrics for EMEA, specifically GRR and NRR, and associated leading indicators of success.
  • Prioritize customer trends, successes, and challenges, presenting insights to leadership on standardizing and innovating delivery of success and services.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to drive retention and expansion within the market.
  • Mastery of ThousandEyes' value proposition and use cases to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Act as executive sponsor for high-value client renewals and negotiations.
Fair Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
