About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success across various segments and industries, focusing on the French market.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of identifying business objectives and mapping solutions. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing consultation, demos, and guidance on Zendesk product capabilities.
- Leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform discovery, and bolster recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and demonstrate them to customers at various stages of adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services.
About the Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a hybrid work model, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
