**Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our product and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a 1-many customer success strategy for our SMB segment in Spain
  • Identify gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features
  • Ensure customers learn about and utilize all available features and services
  • Manage customer escalations and communicate upcoming product changes and enhancements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in a consultative customer-facing role (Management consulting, account management, customer success management)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software or SaaS organizations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
