Asr Group, a leading manufacturer of sugar products, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be based in the Spanish market and requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. They will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming service requests via email, phone, and in person
  • Support the creation of relevant KPIs and ensure cost-effectiveness of customer service order capture
  • Establish strong communication with internal and external customers, order management area, Finance, and colleagues from other parts of the business
  • Analyze data and respond to customer questions in a timely manner
  • Provide proactive support in ensuring customer deadlines/expectations are met
  • Escalate challenges or concerns from customers to the CS Manager when needed
  • Update orders if required by the customer or the business
  • Rout new customer requests to the appropriate sales representative
  • Analyze stock in Spanish warehouses and provide Stock Transfer Orders to guarantee target-stock

Requirements

  • Customer service/sales experience in a demanding environment
  • Experience in an environment that requires high levels of accuracy and flexibility
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • High school level educational qualification or equivalent
