Customer Service Representative for Airlines

Webhelp is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Job Description:
- Manage booking processes, including alterations, cancellations, and new reservations.
- Assist clients with queries about Flight Club service, VIP Service, and PRM.
- Deal with claims related to strikes, lateness, cancellations, and other issues.
- Provide real-time information to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Exceed customer expectations by offering personalized solutions.
Requirements:
- A high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2).
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative.
