Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Airlines Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers from around the world, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and changes for international airlines, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Assist customers with queries and concerns related to flight information, schedules, and amenities
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
- Familiarity with GDS tools, such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, is a plus
