Salary and Benefits
As a B2B Customer Advisor, you can expect a competitive salary of €14,600 per year, consisting of a base salary of €1300 per month, plus a performance-related bonus up to €200. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes relocation support, including a flight ticket to Athens, hotel accommodation for two weeks with breakfast, assistance in finding a flat, and real estate agency fees paid by the company.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities as a B2B Customer Advisor will include:
- Assisting customers in using our services
- Providing professional customer service and technical support over the phone and emails
- Answering and solving client inquiries
- Guaranteeing client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
- Ensuring the success of the department
