About the Role

Are you an open and friendly person who enjoys connecting with people? Do you have a passion for learning about the airline and luxury industries?

We are seeking a highly motivated French Customer Service Consultant to join our team at BlueLink International CZ in Prague. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for helping customers with their queries and establishing positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Be the link between our partners and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and French, interested in using it daily
  • Experience in customer service (a big plus)
  • Ability to learn about airline and luxury industries and products
