Looking for a career opportunity in customer service with Cross Border Talents? We have an exciting role available as a Customer Service Representative for one of Portugal's leading airline companies. Founded over 70 years ago, this renowned airline connects Portugal with the world.

We are seeking a trilingual professional to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written European Portuguese, possess C1 proficiency in Italian, and B1-B2 proficiency in English.

The successful candidate will work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational basis, providing exceptional customer support via phone and email in Portuguese. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, answering questions related to airline services and products, and managing customer processes.

A comprehensive training program covers customer service skills, product knowledge, and system usage. Training duration is approximately 20 working days, 8 hours per day. After training, the representative will work 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience. You will enjoy a modern work environment at the TP Tejo building, conveniently located near Oriente Metro Station in Lisbon.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluent in spoken and written European Portuguese
  • C1 proficiency in Italian
  • B1-B2 proficiency in English
  • Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational basis
  • Able to start on short notice
  • In possession of EU passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
