We are now expanding our team by hiring a Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions within the Spanish market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and contribute to our vision of providing top-tier solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored for the Spanish market, ensuring alignment with defined sales targets and objectives.
  • To build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly within the professional services and law firm sectors.
  • To act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and presenting customized ROOX solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
  • To prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of ROOX solutions.
  • To negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term collaboration.
  • To collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Support and Technical Teams, to guarantee client satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
  • To maintain a thorough understanding of ROOX products, services, and market trends to position the company competitively.
  • To regularly report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in IT solutions or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, with an established network of contacts being a plus, particularly within the legal firm sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (native or fluent level) and English (strong working proficiency).
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally to Portugal or other locations as needed.
  • A valid driver's license.
