Our innovative cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies in 179 countries, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team.
**Job Description:**
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with exceptional support and guidance. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and continue to grow their business with us.
- You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to our existing customers, helping to increase revenue and drive growth.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales technologies, such as Gainsight.
