Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Zumub, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and solutions to our customers.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Job:

This is an on-site position based in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support and advice to customers
  • Managing complaints and incidents related to orders
  • Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and your expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in two languages - Portuguese and Spanish (a must)
  • Excellent communication and learning skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Good computer skills Initiative and leadership spirit
