Pipedrive is seeking a Junior Customer Solutions Expert to join our Lisbon support team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with our support team to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone in a friendly and personable manner.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on Pipedrive's latest features.
- Identify root causes of customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Help Pipedrive grow by turning both existing and new customers into loyal fans.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
- Great customer service skills, including listening, responsiveness, follow-through, and escalation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and chat with several customers simultaneously.
- Some knowledge of sales, including leads, opportunities, deal tracking, and reporting.
- Good understanding of email systems, filtering, spam, and email integration.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and with sales/CRM tools is a plus.
