Customer Success Professional

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our mid-tier customers achieve their full potential. Your mission will be to provide expert guidance, support, and advocacy throughout the post-sale lifecycle. Whether it's onboarding, adoption, retention, or uncovering upsell opportunities, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer business needs and provide tailored recommendations to drive adoption and value attainment.
- Engage with customers through various touchpoints, including video meetings and email communication.
- Use your influence to drive usage and adoption, ensuring customer health and full product value.
- Advise customers on feature suitability and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes and maintain a strong knowledge of our features.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Spanish is a plus.
- Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-awareness and the ability to manage customer escalations.
