  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Spanish is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-awareness and the ability to manage customer escalations.
