Enterprise Customer Success Professional

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to help us drive adoption and prevent churn among our 4,000+ customers in the Spanish market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying gaps between best practices and actual usage of our product features.
- Nurturing customers through automation, optimization, and data-driven insights.
- Managing customer escalations and communicating upcoming product changes.
- Working with health scores, product adoption, and feature usage to prevent churn.
You'll collaborate across teams to improve the entire customer segment from lead to nurturing, creating scalable solutions that deliver value to our customers.
Requirements- Proven experience in consultative customer-facing roles, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS organizations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A strong focus on adoption and nurturing for customers already onboarded.
- The ability to think outside the box and provide value through a 1-many approach.
