Customer Success Manager
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Enterprise Customer Success Lead to drive customer value and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-level management in customer businesses and be able to articulate technical matters to third parties.

About the Role
The Enterprise Customer Success Lead will take ownership of the Customer Success program and collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop customer relationships and ensure Meraki customers are realizing maximum value from their investment. This role requires occasional travel and will involve engaging with customers/partners to help with growth and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to understand business relationships between clients and ensure growth attainment and increased footprint
* Work within established relationships to ensure satisfaction and success of accounts enrolled in the program
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and different groups within our organization
* Effectively communicate with third parties regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
* Experience working with / exposure to Meraki technologies
* Understanding of basic networking technologies (e.g., VPNs, DNS, IP addressing, firewalls) and their impact on SaaS/cloud-based solutions
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
