We're seeking an experienced and results-driven UKI SMB Customer Success Manager Lead to join our team at Pleo Technologies Aps. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and retention of our small-medium business (SMB) customers in the UK & Ireland.
About the Role:
As a UKI SMB Customer Success Manager Lead, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our high-potential SMB customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, and ensuring that our customers achieve their financial goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive feature adoption and increase spend among our SMB customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our SMB customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a B2B software or fintech environment
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
