As a Nordic Customer Success Lead at Zendesk, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer satisfaction across the Nordic region. This exciting opportunity is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires 3+ days of in-office work per week.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer success, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your background in customer-facing roles, along with your expertise in identifying business objectives and mapping solutions, will be invaluable in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers across multiple segments to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Dive into new products and software systems to understand how they can benefit our clients.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform your approach and drive customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience working in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and software systems.
