About the Role

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Success and Growth Lead to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success and growth across the Nordic region
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business objectives and opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our platform
  • Maintain deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with customers to ensure their needs are being met

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and data analysis tools, such as Tableau
