Your Role

As a Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth, retention, and advocacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth, retention, and advocacy
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption
  • Work closely with product teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, informing product development and enhancement
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and advocacy
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

About the Role
