Pleo SMB Account Growth Specialist

Pleo is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Spanish team. As an experienced professional in customer-facing roles, you will be responsible for driving adoption and nurturing of customers in the Small Medium Business (SMB) segment.
**Job Description:**
We have over 4000 customers in the Spanish market, and this role requires a unique approach to provide help and value with a 1:many-approach. Your focus will be on identifying gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features, ensuring customers learn about and use all available features, and proactively communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive adoption and nurturing of customers in the SMB segment
* Identify gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product and features
* Ensure customers learn about and use all available features
* Proactively communicate upcoming product changes and enhancements
* Collaborate across teams to improve the entire customer segment from lead to nurturing
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Proven experience in a consultative customer-facing role
* Strong ability to feel how others are doing and communicate empathetically
* Ability to think outside the box and create innovative solutions
