Contract Management Professional with a Passion for Customer Success

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to support our Services Sales team and the Contracts Management function within our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of contract-related processes.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Structuring Support: Collaborate with the Services Sales team to draft and structure Customer Success services agreements that align with corporate policies.
- Contract Administration & Compliance: Ensure accurate recording of contract terms and obligations in company systems, monitor compliance, and address any inconsistencies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless contract processing.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in contract management or a related administrative role, preferably in SaaS or IT services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (Paralegal Certification is an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
