The Role
We're seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Success to lead a high-performing team in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the post-sale lifecycle. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a strategic role in shaping the customer success environment, collaborating on initiatives related to the customer journey and CSM activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted source of support for customer escalations
• Provide strategic guidance on portfolio management
• Oversee team performance across the post-sale lifecycle, including customer onboarding, user adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities

Your Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a track record of success in customer success leadership. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Salary Estimate
This role offers a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
