Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year (net) reflects your skills and experience. You will also enjoy a daily lunch allowance, health insurance, transportation reimbursement, and state-of-the-art work equipment.
Job DescriptionThe CS Engineer Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the international Customer Success Engineer team at Agicap Global. This role will focus on automating Customer Success Tasks (CTA) to enhance efficiency and scalability across our operations globally.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers (KAM), Onboarders, and Account Managers (AM), to support their workflow and streamline customer onboarding processes.
- Lead and manage the international CS Engineer team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Drive the automation of Customer Success Tasks (CTAs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams (KAM, Onboarder, AM) to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and implement project plans for ongoing automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives within the team, facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes.
We seek a seasoned professional with:
- A degree from an engineering or business school.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with previous exposure to team management.
- Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of the REST API concept.
- Excellent project management and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize yourself, and communicate effectively.
- Natural leadership skills, taking initiative and driving your team toward success.
- Adaptability and comfort working in international contexts.
- Ambition, humility, and attraction to the start-up spirit.
- Versatility and enjoyment tackling new challenges.
- Fluency in English and preferably French.
Our interview process typically takes around 2 weeks and consists of:
- A first meeting with the Talent Acquisition team.
- A role play or case study with the respective department.
- A final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker).
