Senior Customer Success Leadership Position in Lisbon, Portugal

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our first-ever Scaled Customer Success team in Lisbon, Portugal.
About the RoleWe are thrilled to offer this incredible opportunity for a visionary leader to build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. As a Manager in the Global Scaled Customer Success organization, your responsibility will be to drive customer experience, adoption, optimization, and retention by leading a team of CSMs.
Key Responsibilities:- Team leadership of 8+ direct reports, ensuring the team's success and exceeding KPIs
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Renewals, Marketing, and Strategy teams
- Participation in Leadership meetings, strategic planning, and goal setting around 1:1 and 1:many engagements
- Owning the team's performance and development, risk mitigation, value realization delivery, and mentoring talent
- Forecasting, team pacing, performance management, and continuous team improvement
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience leading in Customer Success, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and top performance
- 8+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zendesk or other CX tools
- A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable using data to drive decision making
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams to achieve and surpass goals
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese (Portuguese required)
