The Role:
This key position involves managing a team of Customer Solutions Managers, ensuring their growth and development while driving business success. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and customer experience. They will work closely with the VP of Customer Solutions to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Solutions Managers across various locations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to help team members grow professionally and take on more responsibilities.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and OKRs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Support internal stakeholders by communicating mission, vision, and values.
  • Create an environment where customer satisfaction and employee happiness are top priorities.
  • Lead workforce management activities, including forecasting, resource allocation, and backlog management.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and participate in hiring processes.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
