Customer Solutions Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Solutions Manager to lead our customer success team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Managers and Aspiring Managers, and will be the primary point of contact for our VP of Customer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Managers and Aspiring Managers in all locations
- Provide ongoing feedback to team members to help them grow and develop
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement
- Take ownership of operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Support communication of company mission, vision, and values to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of company structure and operations
