About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Advocate to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our services. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and ensure that customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of German language proficiency (B2) and fluent English skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or tourism/travel industry (a plus).
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
