Customer Experience Advocate for Global Brands

As a Streaming Platform Experience Advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing world-class support to clients via various communication channels
- Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
- Recording customer interactions and data in the CRM system
- Offering ad-hoc support to clients as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Fluency in German and a B1 level of English
- Enthusiasm for movies, shows, and other forms of entertainment
- Knowledge of the value of excellent customer experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a team environment
