Key Responsibilities

As a Streaming Platform Experience Advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class support to clients via various communication channels
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
  • Recording customer interactions and data in the CRM system
  • Offering ad-hoc support to clients as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluency in German and a B1 level of English
  • Enthusiasm for movies, shows, and other forms of entertainment
  • Knowledge of the value of excellent customer experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a team environment
