About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Carvana. As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' doors with our custom car haulers. This is a physically demanding role that requires loading and unloading vehicles, inspecting the car-hauler, and completing customer paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, maintaining a safe and efficient process.
  • Inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safely transported.
  • Complete customer paperwork and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
