About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate for Digital Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SMB clients in growing their business across various digital marketing channels.
  • Expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain.
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.
  • Offer product and tool support to enhance clients' experience.
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and proactively communicate with clients on progress.
  • Proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
  • Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Fluency in English - B2 level (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media.
  • At least one year of working experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • The ability to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
  • Experience in a Call Center environment or Customer Support role.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.

Salary Range: €25,000 - €30,000 per annum depending on experience.
