Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Advocate to join our EU Web3 team at Pragmatike. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless experiences for our clients across multiple digital platforms.

About the Role
  • This is a fully remote position within the EU timezone (CET +/- 2 hours)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Fully fluent English is mandatory for this role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on digital or tech products. You will be proficient in using customer support technologies, including CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and familiar with managing feedback on digital platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store).

About the Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional direct communication skills to engage directly with customers across multiple channels
  • Advanced technical proficiency and tool use, including experience with agile collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • A relevant diploma or associate degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; while a Bachelor's degree is advantageous, we highly value practical experience and specific skills in our candidates

You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing AI-driven tools and other technologies to streamline routine support tasks, aiming for faster and more effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee a cohesive and integrated customer support strategy across various platforms to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

About the Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
