At Bio Fagnes, we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our dynamic team. With extensive experience in building internet companies and a strong network of professionals, we're poised for rapid growth.
We offer an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen interest in the startup world. Our flat hierarchies and fast-paced environment make this role perfect for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
The ideal candidate has great social skills, enjoys interacting with customers, and possesses a strong work ethic. A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sales, or Computer Science is preferred. Experience in project management or entrepreneurship is a plus.
As a Customer Success Advocate, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer onboarding and training, creating value by identifying partner needs, and executing restaurant requests. You'll collaborate with our Media Partners to drive revenue growth and develop targets with the Team Lead.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. This role provides a unique opportunity to build an impactful international network and gain insight into all aspects of growing a company.
