At Umai Restaurant Software, we're on the lookout for a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our restaurant partners, from onboarding and training to creating value through excellent customer service and setting realistic expectations for our partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and training
  • Identify, clarify, and prioritize partner needs, providing exceptional customer service and setting realistic expectations
  • Execute restaurant requests for changes on the platform, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations
  • Explore new revenue streams with existing customers through upselling and renewal strategies
  • Collaborate with Media Partners to ensure customers succeed with their marketing programs
  • Develop targets and strategies with the Team Lead, working closely with the operations team to streamline processes

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Graduates or currently pursuing Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sales, Computer Science, or similar subjects
  • Excellent social skills and a passion for interacting with customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with interest or experience in project management or entrepreneurship
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in the startup world, with a desire to develop people and improve company culture
