Customer Experience Advocate for Digital Business Solutions

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Oracle Communications Support team, focusing on our solutions including the Digital Business Experience application suite. As a key member of our team, you will be working directly with our growing customer base, providing support related to the solution or products involved.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecommunications billing and orchestration systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. You will manage and resolve Service Requests logged by customers (internal and external) on the CGIU solutions, focusing on the Oracle products involved.
You will also contribute to proactive support activities according to product support strategy and mode, own and resolve problems, and manage customer expectations throughout the Service Request lifecycle in accordance with global standards.
Our company is expanding rapidly, offering new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow with the role. You will work towards adopting and contributing to new processes and tools, contribute to Knowledge Management content creation and maintenance, and work with development on product improvement programs as required.
Key responsibilities include operating within Oracle business processes and procedures, responding and resolving customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets while maintaining product expertise within the team.
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our company culture values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
