About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' expectations are met and exceeded.

Job Description
  • Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high level of Danish (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
  • 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service.
  • A passion for automotive topics and skills in digital tech.
  • The ability to understand policies, procedures, and warranties, as well as being familiar with market geography.
  • The empowerment to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills.
  • Skills in resolving issues and providing solutions.
