Global Customer Experience Representative

About the Role
As a Travel Booking Specialist at Blu Selection, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences to the French market. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, creating value, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming queries in a fast-paced customer service environment, providing effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls and emails, gathering information from customers to resolve their queries
- Assist clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, doubts, claims, and other travel-related matters
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs regarding financial considerations, travel dates, destinations, and travel packages
- Manage booking management (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations) and reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations)
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess native-level French language skills and a B2 level in English. Prior experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a Call Center is preferred. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of €10,500 per annum (gross), approximately €890 per month
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm
- A performance bonus of up to €100 per month and complexity bonus of up to €70 per month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday and reimbursement of some transportation costs
- Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months
- If you live outside Portugal, reimbursement of up to €400 for the initial flight ticket after six months within the company and six months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company
