Job Title: Customer Success Advocate

UMAI is a software provider that helps restaurants to save time and increase revenues by automating manual tasks, minimizing last-minute cancellations, upselling customers more effectively, and providing more personalized service.

We are one of the fastest growing F&B tech B2B companies in the fastest growing region in the world. Built on a SaaS model, we currently service over 400 different brands from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and far-reaching Denmark.

Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the well-being of our restaurant partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes.
  • Create value for our restaurant partners by identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing partner needs, providing excellent customer service, and setting realistic expectations for the partnership.
  • Execute restaurant requests for changes on the platform, including updating system profiles and resolving technical issues.
  • Look for new possibilities to increase revenues from existing customers through upselling and renewal strategies.
  • Work with our Media Partners to ensure our customers succeed with their marketing program.
  • Develop targets and strategies with the Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to streamline processes.

Your Profile:

  • Graduates or currently pursuing Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sales, Computer Science, or similar subjects.
  • GREAT social skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • An entrepreneurial way of thinking and interest or experience in project management or entrepreneurship.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in the startup world, as well as in developing people and improving company culture.
