You will partner with various Sales roles to support key accounts and develop pipelines through gathering key sales data and conducting customer research. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow PagerDuty's Operational Cloud model throughout our customer base.The ideal candidate will be able to function and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and bring an ability to influence and persuade internal and external partners & team members. Analytical and data driven decision making skills are highly desirable along with a clear communication style.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and distinguish key targets in our databaseMarket research through social + professional platformsManage and track critical sales administration activities through SFDC, our CRMMaintain and update sales and customer recordsManage strategic deals requiring other internal group input or approvalsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSAbility to speak/write English at a business level2+ years of sales prospecting and/or lead generation experience.Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM experience.Thorough understanding of sales processes and techniques.Experience conducting market research and data analysis.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to work effectively with a teamHighly organized and focused with strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNot sure if you qualify?Apply anyway We extend opportunities to a broad array of candidates, including those with diverse workplace experiences and backgrounds.
